Workshops

If someone asked “what would love do?” in a given situation, many of us have a sense of what that would be. Without getting too deep into definitions of love, for many of us, living love would be something close to fully accepting others but also at the same time loving ourselves practicing healthy boundaries. Even if the situation challenges us at that moment.

But even if we know, it can be scary and hard to follow. We need practise.
Our workshops aim to uncover some conditioning that might have fallen on love and then we practise.

Starting with loving ourselves.

You will be invited to practically explore your own life and experiences. What, if anything, hinders you from meeting yourself and the people in your life with your own definition of love?

You’ll be introduced to Practical Love tools and exercises but hopefully also notice that we above those believe in the power of staying with what is alive in the room, at the moment. Experiencing and supporting each other through emotions arising at the moment offers us the opportunity to practise skills we need to love. Ultimately our vision is that this experience in itself is what you bring with you into your life.

Another part often appreciated in our workshops is to be around people curious about the same things. Having people around us who both remind us of our longing to live love but also support us moving towards it might be the most valuable thing of it all.

Introduction to Practical Love

In this workshop, we explore authenticity, honesty and trust in love relationships, partnerships and romantic connections. At its core, where it might be needed the most.

Introduction to Nonviolent Communication

Nonviolent Communication is a tool for communication and connection with ourselves and others that we use a lot when exploring Practical Love.

It offers a simple lens to view life where it is more clear if what we are saying and doing is truly and actually serving our own lives and those around us. In this introduction workshop we learn the basics to apply this lens.
